Optional website measurement
GOTVMIX uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening a checkout or contacting support. The Google Analytics tag loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading tutorials, choosing a plan or contacting us.
What we send
Our analytics events include the page address without its query string or fragment, the page title, the referring website’s origin, and the type of click. Checkout clicks may include a plan identifier; tutorial support clicks may include a guide identifier. We do not send form entries, passwords, full playlist links or WhatsApp message text through these events. Google processes technical information from requests, such as browser and device information. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Cookies and your choice
After acceptance, Google Analytics can use cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits. Our tag sets a 180-day cookie expiry, which can refresh on later visits. We store your accept or reject choice in this browser for 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Rejecting after acceptance stops our analytics collection and removes the site’s _ga cookies from this browser; it does not erase data already processed by Google.
Separate services
Live chat, WhatsApp and checkout are separate services. Opening them may involve their own data processing. A checkout click is recorded as interest in a plan, not proof that payment was completed.
