If your GOTVMIX subscription is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund. The eligibility conditions below apply.
How to request a refund
Contact GOTVMIX on WhatsApp at +44 7418 637438. Include your order reference or the email address used for your purchase, and briefly explain the reason for your request so we can locate the order and understand what happened. Do not send full card details or passwords.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligibility and exceptions
- Requests received after the 7-day window may not be eligible.
- Accounts suspended for breaching the terms and conditions are not eligible for a refund.
- Problems caused by your own internet connection or device may not qualify. Contact support so we can help investigate the issue.
