1. The service
GOTVMIX provides access credentials and setup guidance for an internet television service offering live and on-demand content. GOTVMIX does not host or store media files on this website.
2. Eligibility and account use
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Login details are for personal use on the number of simultaneous connections purchased. They must not be shared, resold or redistributed without written authorisation from GOTVMIX.
3. Payments
Prices are displayed in GBP and are payable in advance for the selected term. Access is activated after payment is confirmed. A subscription does not renew automatically unless that is clearly stated during checkout.
4. Delivery
We aim to provide setup details promptly after confirmation. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or while an order requires verification. Check the email address supplied at checkout, including its spam folder, and contact support if your order has not arrived.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not share or resell access unless GOTVMIX has authorised this in writing.
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose.
GOTVMIX may suspend access where these terms are materially breached.
6. Service availability
Streaming availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connections, devices, applications and third-party systems. We work to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the GOTVMIX refund policy, including its seven-day guarantee and eligibility conditions.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOTVMIX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
