- Order information: the plan purchased, order reference and payment confirmation. Payment providers process payment details; GOTVMIX does not store full card numbers.
- Support information: messages and technical details you choose to provide so we can answer an enquiry or troubleshoot a service issue.
- Essential technical records: limited server and security records needed to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics
GOTVMIX currently does not load Google Analytics or set optional analytics cookies on gotvmix.pro. Essential cookies or similar storage may still be used by checkout, security, live chat or other services when required for the feature you choose to use. Those external services may publish their own privacy information.
