ABOUT GOTVMIX
Your TV, with a helping hand.
GOTVMIX, also known as Go TVmix, serves customers in the UK and Europe with subscription information, device setup instructions and WhatsApp support.
The GOTVMIX website
Our website address is gotvmix.pro. If you previously visited go-tvmix.org, you can find our current plans and new device guides here. WhatsApp support is available on +44 7418 637438.
Start with your device
A good setup begins with the television, streaming stick or phone you already use. Our tutorials explain the differences between device platforms and help you choose the right login method. When an app or menu differs on your model, you can ask us directly.
Clear information before you choose
Compare the length of each subscription and the number of device connections. A player app can have its own licence fee, separate from the subscription. Check your device and any additional costs with support before placing an order.
Help beyond the first install
Our help library covers login details, playback interruptions and programme-guide issues. Each guide focuses on a specific task, with practical checks you can work through before contacting support.
